Kathleen Ritmeyer holds a BA degree in archaeology from University College Dublin and a postgraduate certificate in education. She met Leen Ritmeyer in 1975 during the Temple Mount excavations in Jerusalem. Since 1983 she has been a partner with Leen in their firm, Ritmeyer Archaeological Design, producing educational materials on the subject of biblical archaeology.
