Use of image files BibleBooksMaps.com licenses to you the noncommercial and private use of image files only as provided below on a nonexclusive and nontransferable basis upon payment of the required fees. All other rights to the image files and any accompanying materials such as copyright are retained by BibleBooksMaps.com.
Image(s) / map(s) for this License means: maps, plans, reconstructions, and drawings (hereinafter: "image(s)" or "map(s)").
General – Personal and Private use
Images are copyrighted and may not be shared with, given to, or sold to anyone. The images may not be duplicated except for personal and private use. Our copyright statement must remain on the images.
You may insert the images into PowerPoint presentations for use in classrooms, sermons and other presentations that you personally conduct, but do not give or sell or grant or transfer or deliver to others the files you create if our images are included.
You may make paper copies of the images for instructional use (for example: for classes you personally teach or conduct), but do not give or sell or grant or transfer or deliver those images to other parties.
Use of the images by universities or academic institutions as part of any educational and instructional program and materials requires acquiring an Academic License, and should not be considered a Private Use. See Academic License.
Permitted & Prohibited Uses Generally you may:
Print or use the images for your personal use in any size, provided that there is no subsequent sale or transfer to other persons.
Insert the images into PowerPoint or other presentations for use in classes, sermons and the like that you personally instruct or conduct (for example: in school assignments and within films or videos, provided that such usage complies with the other provisions in this Agreement).
Make paper copies of the images for personal & instructional use, for classes you are personally instructing or conducting.
You may not:
Use an image to promote products, publications or any other commercial use.
Copy or duplicate the image for any use other than the permitted use of this license.
Resell or distribute any of the images.
Use the images on websites, unless in personal secure websites for private storage of the image.
Email the image file or share the image or any presentation, film or video containing the image online.
Use any part of an image in a trademark, service mark, logo, or part thereof.
Make any changes whatsoever to the image, including the removal of any copyright or trademark information.
Use the image in screensavers, software, web page builders, gallery, or any system where the image file can be separated from the software or system and be shared among, transferred to, or otherwise distributed to third parties.
Use images in any way that violates the rights of individuals such as defamation, intrusion on privacy, misappropriation of likeness, or depiction in a false light.
Use images in any way that violates civil and/or criminal laws or aids illicit activities.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the image or any part of it.
Intellectual Property and Privacy Laws
"Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights, titles and interests, whether foreign or domestic, in and to any and all trade secrets, patents, copyrights, service marks, trademarks, know-how, or similar intellectual property rights, as well as any and all moral rights, rights of privacy, publicity and similar rights of any type under the laws or regulations of any governmental, regulatory or judicial authority, foreign or domestic.
You acknowledge that the content available throughout the Website is the property of BibleBooksMaps.com or its content providers or other third parties and is protected by copyright and possibly other intellectual property laws. Furthermore, you acknowledge that trademarks and copyrights of the subject matter depicted in the images are subject to protection by intellectual property laws and that you must obtain consent from the owners of the intellectual property whenever necessary to comply with intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
All images, files, and software distributed by BibleBooksMaps.com are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. BibleBooksMaps.com assumes no responsibility for any actions or liabilities arising from their possession or use. BibleBooksMaps.comdisclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall BibleBooksMaps.com or its content providers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits and business interruption, irrespective of the type of cause of action, arising in any way from use of the images or website, even if BibleBooksMaps.com is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. Assumption of risk

Severability
Should any clause of this agreement be found unenforceable, that will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.
Disputes/Arbitration
A material part of this Agreement is that you agree to arbitrate any and all disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with this Agreement including without limitation, its validity, interpretation, performance, and breach. Such disputes shall be submitted to and be held under the laws of the State of Israel.
Legal Fees and Jurisdiction
You agree that the prevailing party shall be awarded all costs of bringing a claim, including reasonable attorney fees and the ordinary costs and expenses incurred in resolving the dispute. You agree that all claims shall be brought in Tel-Aviv, Israel. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Israel.
Entire Agreement
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and BibleBooksMaps.com.
This agreement supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and BibleBooksMaps.com relating to the subject of this agreement.
Revision of Agreement BibleBooksMaps.com may revise this Agreement at any time and such revision shall be effective immediately and be retroactive upon the posting of the revised agreement on the Website. You agree to review this Agreement prior to any use or download of any image, to make yourself aware of such revisions. If any such revision is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your prior registration by notifying BibleBooksMaps.com Customer Support of your desire to do so. Your notice of termination will be effective upon receipt by BibleBooksMaps.com.
Consent
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and accept this Agreement. BibleBooksMaps.com may require any registrant to provide sufficient proof that they are at least 18 years of age.
